Individualized, High Quality Physical Therapy
Ben is an encouraging, compassionate and friendly Physical Therapist. He truly knows the mechanics for spinal/neck/head injuries. After 8 weeks in this environment I have full ROM of my neck with no pain or headaches.
I came with severe limitations after a waterski crash. Ben took time to create a personalized plan with a timeline that made sense.
Ben also communicates very well with his clients and their Care Providers. Truly a great practice.

I would like to share my thoughts about Ben Otis, in my lifetime and over 38 years in the fire service, having experienced injuries that have required some physical therapy, honestly, I have never met a physical therapist to be so thorough and detailed as Ben. He is easy to understand and follows his thinking, he is a professional, respectful, personable and most of all Ben learns about you the patient. I first went to Ben for a neck problem I had a couple of years ago, and he helped to mitigate that issue. I now have Ben for my total knee replacement. I am three weeks into this with him and I am extremely confident with his program he is putting me through, both at his clinic and my at home program he has given me and working as a team I will soon be ready to be back to normal. He was up front with me that this would bring a tear or two along the way with some pain, but without pain there is no gain. I feel at times it’s like being a rookie at the fire academy to become a career fire fighter so very much worth the work ahead of me to succeed.
I would recommend Ben to anybody who wants the best care possible, as he is the best.

In 2017, at 58 years old, I had bilateral knee replacement at WDH. Dr. Thut performed the replacement, but Ben Otis got me strong and healthy again. As a physical therapist, Ben understood my goals and pushed me to achieve them.
I shed many tears, but Ben had me skiing the slopes 6 months after the replacement – the regiment of physical therapy Ben had designed for me could not have been better, it was actually life changing! I look forward to him helping rehabilitate my shoulder soon!
