I am a licensed physical therapist in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I have over 25 years of experience in out-patient physical therapy. I have a passion for treating orthopedic and sports injuries. I have taken additional 2 years of post-degree Fellowship Program at the renown Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (IOMT) for 2 years.
I have lived in Portsmouth for over 18 years, Father of 3 children raised in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I have been a part of the local community as a volunteer youth coach in Soccer, Basketball, Mountain Biking and T-Ball. I enjoy seacoast running races, mountain biking and hiking in the White Mountains.
I enjoy treating a wide range of patients, from the elite athletes- professional, collegiate and high school level to the weekend warrior or the 65+ year old with new knees. I used to be a collegiate athlete at Springfield College in basketball and have been the PT in a Dvision I Athletic Training Room (Fairfield University).
I value manual therapy, exercise and education in proper posture, positioning, technique and form to resolve or manage your specific condition. Quality care is very important to me, along with our time together to be efficient and effective to reach your goals. I have experience with Dry Needling, Graston- Instrumented soft tissue mobilization and have held certifications in NSCA- CSCS for many years. I look forward to creating a treatment plan together.
